Can I Make Changes to My Mevo Order?

If you need to make changes to your order, such as your shipping address, please reply to the order confirmation email you received at the time of purchase. This will provide us with your receipt and order number so that we can process your request.

Important: Once your order is ready to ship, we cannot make any adjustments to your order.

Please note that we are unable to change the products, amount of products within an order, or the billing address after it has been placed. If you need to do this, please email customercare@getmevo.com to cancel your order. We will refund you and you can place a new order with the items you want.
