Can I Make Changes to My Mevo Order?

We make every effort to process your order the minute it's placed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that changes to your order can be accommodated once the order has been placed. 

If you need to make changes, please contact us and we'll do the best we can to help. 

Important: Once your order is ready to ship, we cannot make any adjustments to your order.

Please note that we are unable to change the products, amount of products within an order, or the billing address after it has been placed. If you need to do this, please email customercare@getmevo.com to cancel your order before it has processed. We will refund you and you can place a new order with the items you want.
